Meet Stephen Talbot,

Owner Operator

Stephen and his family have lived in Lititz since 2013. Both he and his wife are Lancaster Catholic High School graduates, and his three children attend the Warwick School District. Stephen's working background spans many disciplines like construction/fabrication, electrical/plumbing, welding, drafting, and sales. He started Talbot & Sons in 2018 while working for a local company, hoping to build it to a successful business that could sustain his family on it's own. In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, he quite his career and dedicated all efforts to it.

Outside of work, Stephen is a volunteer Lititz Firefighter and member of various Lititz-based organizations. He enjoys game and sports with family, DIY projects around the home, and artistic craftsmanship in various mediums.

Meet Landon Lehman,

Lead Technician

In addition to being our lead power washing and lighting technician, Landon is also an active member of the Army National Guard, and a volunteer Lititz Firefighter. He is a Manheim Township graduate, and current Lititz resident. From day one with our company, Landon has met and exceeded the high standards of Talbot & Sons, always ready for hard work and striving for perfection. He upholds all the qualities of an outstanding employee, and we are proud to have him on our team.

Outside of work Landon enjoys wood-working, games and spending time with his family. He looks forward to raising his future family in the Lititz area.
